About Lauren Davey

Lauren has been a full time energy worker, sound healer, yoga and meditation teacher since 2013. She is known for curating special experiences that exceed your expectations. Lauren teaches and provides offerings for individuals and groups locally in Central Oregon and on retreats around the world. She has received her 3, 500 hour yoga teacher certificates from the Acupuncture & Healing Arts Center, with a focus on BKS Iyengar and gentle yoga for health and wellbeing, another from the School of Contemporary Yoga with a focus on Ashtanga Vinyasa for our modern world, and most recently from Namaspa Yoga with a focus on community, and non-profit work.  She also holds certificates in prenatal and children's yoga, Sound Healing and Reiki. Lauren is committed to continued education to enhance her offerings.

Besides her yogic education, Lauren was trained in classical music and grew up playing string instruments like violin and cello then learned to play other healing instruments after personally experiencing their profound healing benefits in her recovery from a TBI. Lauren is clairsentient, meaning she can intuitively connect with the spiritual or energetic realm through sensations and vibrations. She has refined and developed this tool with medium mentorship, 3 levels of Holy Fire Reiki Training, and Mia Magic's Witch School. When she's not in studio, she's probably enjoying time with her husband, daughter, and dog in Central Oregon's great outdoors.
